COVID-19 Restriction Policy in Shanghai Caused Shortage of Supply Chain
From the end of Mar, Shanghai, China's largest city and one of the most important supply chain hub of the world, has been under huge pressure regarding manufacturing and supplying capability as a result of a series of COVID restrictions. Not only auto industry, but also metal, building materials and electronics, are all under big shortage of delivery. Investors and clients of the world is watching closely on the policy of Shanghai municipal government, hoping the industry getting back to business as soon as possible. The good news is that from April, 17th, government has released a positive sign on easing the restrictions for industries and productions are to be permitted under regularities. Shanghai is surely getting back to normal status probably within two weeks.
